Made using 7075-t6 material and polished. This system is designed to transmit the energy of a crash around the blocks and take pressure off the bulkheads. The "A" block is locked into the the FRONT end from the bottom to ensure that nothing can move. The lock nuts prevent the blocks from spreading and putting pressure on the diff cases.
U will not use the stock bumper with this set up.
NOTE: YOU CANNOT COMBINE THIS SUSPENSION WITH THE STOCK SUSPENSION SYSTEM AS THE STOCK HINGE PINS WILL NOT WORK.
BE AWARE:
Due to the abuse that the A block receives in a crash, I have made the block taller for extra strength. This means that in order to service the diff, you will have to remove the A block.
Use the (4)3mm x 18 flat head screws provided to mount the blocks.
The (4) small 4 mm plastic spacers are to act as a cushion and not damage the blocks

PLEASE NOTE:
These pins are designed to float. this will allow the arms and pins to rotate in bushing. lock tight the small nut, then screw the lock nut on untill it bottoms out. No need to overtighen the lock nut.
